We customise our approach to suit you and your needs during my psychology and coaching sessions and consulting services. We draw from numerous evidence-informed frameworks and outcome-based practices.

  • My extensive education and training, coupled with my experience, inform the choices we will make together. I am known for using:

    • Transformational techniques during sessions, and action plans between sessions that you can do to collect information, experiment with new behaviours, and practice new habits.

    • Assessments to identify potentially overused or underused strengths, dormant gifts, or gaps in your leadership and achieving behaviours. The assessments that I use include validated leadership 360-degree feedback measures and questionnaires to help identify your values, personality and workstyle, performance effectiveness, leadership thinking styles, stress and burnout levels, work-life balance factors, and more!

Dr. Cecile le Roux

I am a coaching and consulting psychologist who partners with leaders and achievers. I provide executive psychology, executive and leadership coaching, as well as leadership consulting services.

About ME

My expertise is informed by both my education and my practical experience:

  • I have extensive formal education in psychology, including a B.A.(Hons.), M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees, and I have completed numerous additional certifications and training in coaching psychology, therapeutic approaches, and consulting frameworks, techniques, and practices.

  • I bring over 20 years of international experience and expertise across private and public sectors. As a leader and an achiever myself, I have direct experience with the challenges facing you.

  • As an excelling practitioner, I held positions in management consulting, organisational development and leadership firms, a corporate psychology provider, higher education, and psychology practices in Canada, Australia, and Qatar. Across these diverse settings, I equipped people to thrive. I led and navigated complex workplace dynamics, and was promoted and recognised for my impact.

    As an award-winning educator at universities in Australia and American and Canadian tertiary institutions in Qatar, I created transformational learning experiences and helped translate knowledge into action. I delivered executive education to corporate partners, and in my full-time faculty roles, I lectured in business, psychology, and health sciences. For instance, as a business school professor, I taught leadership, organisational behaviour, and critical thinking in business, and in health sciences, I taught professional practice management.

    My knowledge combined with my expertise informs how I help clients facilitate behaviour change.
