Le Roux Leadership’s Process

  • For psychology, coaching, and consulting services, it all begins with a Discovery Call. This is a brief, complimentary video call and your opportunity to share where you are heading – what is your ideal destination (your goals) and, if applicable, your unique challenges currently preventing you from getting there. Together, we will explore how Le Roux Leadership can best partner with you on your journey.

  • Upon deciding that we are going to work together, our first session will launch our psychology or coaching journey. During this session, we discuss your needs in more depth, formulate your goals in writing, and decide on the best program and possible assessment(s). At this point, you also complete forms to arrange and agree on how we will be working together.

  • As clients enrolled in a psychology or coaching program, we then journey together. This consists of completing an assessment if applicable, multiple one-on-one sessions, and completing activities and action plans between sessions to move towards your specific goals. It may involve moving up or down, but overall, it is aimed at keeping you accountable to advance forward.

  • This might be our last session at the end of a psychology or coaching program when you “land your plane” in your new destination. During this session, we will conduct an in-depth review of your progress toward addressing your needs and close our time of working together. At this time, we can also decide to do more sessions or another program, depending on your needs and situation.

  • Profound change takes time. After our first session, clients are normally interested in purchasing a psychology or coaching program. We will discuss programs that are suited to your needs. They typically last 3-12 months for optimum outcomes and include 6, 9, or 12 sessions spread across this period to allow time between sessions for your action plan. At the end of the program, we will review our progress and decide if more sessions are needed.

  • Individual sessions are scheduled for 60 - 75 minutes. This allows time for sharing updates and confirming action plans. You can use the remaining minutes for continued personal reflection if we conclude earlier.

  • Your psychology, coaching, or consultation sessions are conducted virtually. Alternatively, we can arrange to come to your office to conduct a session on-site.

  • Assessments provide valuable data to inform our partnership, and your action plans, and to show progress. During your first session, we will discuss if an assessment would be helpful and which one would be best suited for your needs. They are completed between sessions. Assessments usually consist of completing an online questionnaire and receiving a report of the outcomes. We will debrief outcomes during a session. Assessments could incur an additional cost, depending on which one we use.

  • Le Roux Leadership’s consulting projects are bespoke and tailored to your needs and the needs of your team and organisation. We offer leadership development programs for emerging or established leaders, including leadership assessments and coaching; change management programs; or corporate wellness programs. Projects could consist of a needs analysis and a combination of assessments, facilitated workshops, and one-on-one or small group sessions offered over a period of time as one program.

  • We will discuss specific costs applicable to you during our first sessions. You will receive an invoice and online information to process your payment. For individuals, you can pay your invoice directly. For organisations or those sponsored by your companies, you can request that an invoice be sent to your organization.

  • At Le Roux Leadership, we engage in a highly personalised partnership with you. Together we will discuss an individualised process designed for you and your needs. We will discuss our ways of working together ahead of time, regularly check your progress and satisfaction, and make needed adjustments along the way. As a registered and accredited practitioner, we abide by ethical practice standards.
