Coaching sessions are confidential and use a personalised plan to focus on your desire to achieve a specific goal. They are action-oriented, structured to help you reach milestones towards a larger goal, and aimed at keeping you accountable to reach new heights.
Consulting
Leadership Consulting Services are focused on addressing organisational challenges that leaders face.

Le Roux Leadership’s consulting projects are bespoke and tailored to your needs and the needs of your team and organisation. We offer leadership development programs for emerging or established leaders, including leadership assessments and coaching; change management programs; or corporate wellness programs.
Projects can consist of a needs analysis and a combination of assessments, facilitated workshops, and one-on-one or small group sessions offered over some time as one program.
